Easy Blender waffles made with oats, bananas, vanilla, and water! Vegan, gluten free, sugar free, easy, healthy, perfect for meal prep. This recipe is absolute perfection! Like a bowl of banana oatmeal blended into a waffle. Layer on your favorite toppings, you are going to love these!
Tara’s Tips for Perfect Easy Blender Waffles
- Simply toss everything in your blender, blend, and heat, easy!
- Adjust the amount of batter you use if you are using a smaller waffle iron or a square iron, mine takes one cup of batter, don’t overfill your waffle iron, it is messy!
- Read the instructions that came with your waffle iron, some will get ruined if you use oil or spray for non-stick
- Make a lot of these and freeze them! Yes, freeze them for busy mornings. Simply place a sheet of parchment paper between each one prior to freezing so you can peel off one at a time. Place one in the oven on 300 and heat until warm and slightly crispy. Alternatively, make a waffle that will fit in your toaster, freeze, toast when ready to eat!
- Toppings, toppings, toppings: load them up! My favorite is sliced banana + peanut butter. You could add strawberries, chocolate chips, syrup, powdered sugar, yogurt, or try this recipe: Easy Vegan Pan Fried Apples.
