This easy, creamy homemade silken tofu mayo is dairy-free and egg-free and nut-free! Perfect for sandwiches, salads, dips and more!
Ingredients
- 12 ounce package organic silken tofu
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider or white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Step 1 Place all ingredients into blender + blend until smooth. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.
- Step 2 Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
