Tara’s Tips For Perfect Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats:
- Make a big batch and separate into one cup glass containers and store in freezer for busy mornings
- I make with water but you can substitute any kind of dairy or non-dairy milk while cooking
- Don’t manually release the steam when the timer goes off!!
- The Instant Pot gets set for 10 minutes but the total cook time is about 25 minutes
- When done cooking, I like to add 2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp cardamom to the whole batch (tastes like Chai 😋)
- Separate your cooked oats into one cup servings so they are ready to go when you need them (like we do)
