Tara’s Tips For Perfect Vegan Ghost Pepper Ranch Dressing
- For the spice: I used one ghost pepper. Β They are spicy! Be careful! If you want to start with half, you can always use more.
- Using this for meal prep? Divide into single serving containers. Make your salads or pasta or veggie burgers, and keep them separate from the dressing. Apply dressing when ready to eat. Try to keep refrigerated until ready.
- This can be used as a dip or a dressing.Β I LOVE to dunk my raw or air fried veggies in this dressing or meatless chik’n nuggets.
- If you prefer to use cashews as a base, try my other recipe forΒ Easy Vegan Ranch which isn’t nut-free but is so thick + creamy + tastes just like traditional ranch dressing.
