Crispy, spicy baked cauliflower bites layered onto pizza crust with buffalo sauce, vegan cheese + ranch dressing. This is the most perfect pizza you will ever eat! So many wonderful things piled onto a pizza making this one flavorful, saucy + perfect for any pizza occasion.
Tara’s Tips For Perfect Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza
- Crust
- Make your own or use your favorite store-bought crust. Eggless Cauliflower Pizza Crust works and so does Whole Wheat Pizza. If you use a homemade curst, par-bake the crust in the oven until slightly golden brown before you put the toppings on so your crust does not get soggy.
- Buffalo Cauliflower
- I included steps for baking your buffalo cauliflower florets but if you prefer to air fry, follow my instructions here.
- Ranch
- Do not skip the ranch! You could use your favorite store-bought but why would you? Silken Tofu Vegan Ranch (nut-free!) works fabulously on this pizza and so does this recipe for Easy Vegan Ranch.
- Toppings
- Options include avocado, sliced green onion, crushed red pepper, more ranch, more hot sauce.
- Spice Level
- More hot sauce = more spice. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your liking/spice tolerance.

Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza
This recipe for Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza starts out with baked buffalo bites spread over your pizza crust, topped with ranch dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade, see recipe body for homemade options)
- 1 head of cauliflower cut into small florets
- 3/4 cup hot sauce (I use Frank's)
- 1 tbsp melted vegan butter
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups vegan cheese
- 1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing
- 1 avocado (diced into small cubes)
- additional toppings to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Step 2 Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl, add 1/2 cup hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and salt. Gently mix until every floret is coated with the sauce.
- Step 3 Transfer cauliflower to a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
- Step 4 Bake for 10 minutes, stir cauliflower, return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown, remove from oven and set aside.
- Step 5 Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce on the crust, sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top. Place crust on pizza pan, bake in a 500 degree oven until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven, top with baked buffalo cauliflower, return to oven for another 5 minutes.
- Step 6 Carefully remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, top with diced avocado and other toppings of your choosing.
- Step 7 NOTE – if you are using homemade crust, par-bake in 450 degree oven until lightly golden brown before applying buffalo sauce and cheese.
