Dairy free + plant-based ranch you can make at home?!?! YES! This Easy Vegan Ranch is the perfect creamy blend of the magic of cashews + a few simple ingredients! When I went plant-based I thought I would never eat ranch dressing again. Think again! You are going to love this one π€
Can you believe this? Vegan Ranch! YUM! I like this homemade easy vegan ranch better than any store-bought I have ever had. It’s true! Pin or print this one, bookmark it, save it! You are going to need it!
What can you do with Easy Vegan Ranch?
Put it on your salad, dunk your Air Fried Buffalo Cauliflower, Β Air Fryer Green Beans or Air Fryer Zucchini Fries in it, layer it into a wrap or a sandwich or pile it onto your Homemade Veggie Burger. If you really want to go crazy, you can use it on Homemade Falafel!
What will you need to make this Easy Vegan Ranch?
- 1 cup of cashews soaked for 30 minutes in hot water and then drained
- 3/4 cup water
- One tbsp vinegar
- Juice from a lemon (about 1 1/2 tbsp)
- 2 tsp garlic powder + 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup fresh dillΒ
Instructions
Step 1: Place all ingredients (except dill) into a high speed blender + blend until smooth.
Step 2: Add the dill and pulse 3 or 4 times. Don’t add the dill on step one because you want to keep the dill a little bit in pieces (and this will lessen your chances of getting green ranch)
Done! Transfer to a jar or airtight glass container + use within 5 days.
