This easy, creamy homemade silken tofu sour cream is dairy-free but perfect for dips, tacos, chili and more!
Ingredients
- 12 ounce package organic silken tofu
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Step 1 Place all ingredients into blender + blend until smooth. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.
- Step 2 Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
