This Ginger Sriracha Tahini Dressing is super flavorful + easy to make + ready in 5 minutes. No added oil, sugar, or dairy, and no blending up soaked cashews for this one!
How To Make Perfect Ginger Sriracha Tahini Dressing
- Make sure your tahini only has one ingredient: sesame seeds! You don’t need anything else in there!!!!
- Add extra water at the end until you reach desired consistency. Every jar of tahini is slightly different and it will also depend on the temperature of your bottle when you mix the ingredients. Add the water 1 tbsp at a time. Can take an extra 1/2 cup to get it right.
- Want an extra kick of spice? Add more sriracha!
- Keep leftovers in your refrigerator for up to 7 days (if you have any 💚).
What To Eat With Your New Dressing
My absolute favorite thing to eat with this dressing are Instant Pot Black Beans. Typically, I use Air Fryer Garlic Chickpeasor Air Fryer Tempeh Croutonson my salads but this one just tastes amazing with black beans. Coming in close second with this dressing would be Crispy No Oil Air Fryer Tofu. I crisp them up and use this dressing as a dip alongside some broccoli florets and carrot slices. YUM!
