Baked Sriracha Tempeh

Baked Sriracha Tempeh

You are going to LOVE this! Baked, vegan, healthy, easy, only 4 ingredients! This Baked Sriracha Tempeh can be paired with a veggie or side dish for any night of the week! You could marinate the tempeh ahead of time and while your side dish is cooking, bake this without even worrying about it! You. Are. Welcome.

What is Tempeh?

Tempeh is made from fermented whole soybeans. Some versions also contain flax seeds and brown rice giving it a boost in protein and iron. This meat alternative gets an A+ from me for its nutritional profile. Tempeh is always vegan but often contains gluten so check the packaging carefully if you need it to be gluten free. Β It is a blank canvas for whatever you decide to do with it. I must warn you, it does not taste good plain. Be sure to add this sriracha marinade or try one of my other tempeh creations I linked below.Β New to tempeh? Start here:Β Reasons to Eat Tempeh.
