Tara’s Tips for Perfect Oil-Free Asian Ginger Dressing:
- This is absolutely the most versatile dressing I have ever created.Β This dressing can be poured over cold noodles, ramen noodles, and even cauliflower rice. You can also do a traditional salad with any veggies + greens you love.Β Ideal add-ins are tofu, edamame, blanched or raw broccoli, carrots, scallions, peanuts, or toasted sesame seeds. YUM! π
- Use it in a stir-fry! Yes, you heard me correctly! I have used this sauce as a stir-fry sauce with just tofu cubes, thinly sliced onions, broccoli, and mushrooms heated all together in a wok or non-stick pan. EASY!
- I added a little thickener in this dressing by using xantham gum.Β This is totally optional.Β If you enjoy a thinner dressing or don’t like using thickeners, don’t use it! You can also substitute Guar Gum if you have it on hand.Β Xantham gum is a soluble fiber and when used in salad dressings, soups, and sauces, can help prevent the separation of ingredients.
- Store any leftovers in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.Β You can also divide out into single serving containers.
- If using for meal prep, keep your dressing separate from salad or veggies until ready to eat.
