First Tuesday Quick Tips
What you are not changing, you are choosing. Sometimes, sticking with the status quo is ok. Other times, this complacency can have negative consequences. Do you need a little help figuring out how to choose to be healthy AND prioritizing it? I sometimes do!
Change begins when you say it does.
Is it easy? No.
Does it take luck? No.
Does it take work and planning? You bet.
Food For Thought
Ask yourself, do you have a list that is titled something like this, “One Day I Will …”?
Maybe today is the day to choose to change the title of that list from “One Day” to “Day One”.
For example, “One day I will start bringing my own lunch to work” changes to “Tuesday, March 2nd: day one of taking my lunch with me to work”. See how different it feels!?!?
What you are not changing, you are choosing.
