  • This recipe is super easy + is ready in 5 minutes!
  • First of all, you simply toss everything in a food processor or blender.Β  Next, pulse about 10 times. Above all, do not over process!
  • Alternatively, you could place everything in a bowl and mash with a fork or whisk together until desired ricotta-like consistency is achieved.

  • No need to drain the water from your tofu package.
  • Why nutritional yeast? helps with the cheesy flavor!

Quick + Easy Dairy-Free Silken Tofu Ricotta Recipe can be used as a vegan alternative to ricotta in any of your favorite recipes!

Ingredients
  • 16-ounce package of organic silken tofu
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
  • Step 1 First, combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Next, pulse 10 times or until a chunky ricotta-like consistency is achieved. Do not over process or blend. Alternatively, you could mix in a bowl and whisk until desired consistency. Finally, enjoy as a snack or add into your favorite recipe that calls for ricotta.
