Tara’s Tips For Perfect Chocolate Pomegranate Bites
- Choose your chocolate chips – vegan or dairy + slowly melt them in a small saucepan over medium heat. Be careful not to burn them.
- Once the chocolate is melted, simply drop onto baking sheet, doesn’t have to be neat.
- Add the pomegranate seeds onto each chocolate bite, but pop them in the freezer, and there you have it … Bite size Chocolate Pomegranate Bites!

Chocolate Pomegranate Bites
Vegan, Gluten Free, No Bake, Eggless, Easy, One Bowl, Ready in under 30 minutes! What a fabulous, healthy treat combining just 2 ingredients. No mixing, no baking, no flour! Allergy Friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chocolate Chunks, Chips, or Bar
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds
Directions
- Step 1 Melt chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Step 2 Drop 1 tbsp melted chocolate onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp pomegranate seeds to the center of each chocolate.
- Step 4 Place in freezer for 15 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Enjoy immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
