I am so happy you are here! I absolutely love sharing my favorite recipes with you! This blog was born out of my passion for helping people understand how easy (and yummy!) it can be to live a vegetarian life! Foods like lentils help you do that! Super inexpensive, so so easy to make ahead + freeze! When the vegetarian kids of MVF went off to college, they went off with many containers of frozen lentils made from my favorite lentil recipes + they still keep coming back for more ❤️ Just one of those things that remind them of home I guess.
