Start with the bread of your choice, sprinkle garlic and salt, toss with a little olive oil, pop in the oven and 10 minutes later you are a super-star-crouton-maker!

Easy Homemade Croutons
Healthy Homemade Croutons. Ready in minutes. Perfect for soups or salads. Gluten free with GF Bread!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 2 tsp garlic granules or powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Step 2 Cut bread into cubes.
- Step 3 Place bread cubes and remaining ingredients in a medium size bowl and toss to coat each little cube, adjust oil as necessary.
- Step 4 Transfer to a baking sheet and spread cubes out so that they donβt overlap.
- Step 5 Bake in 375 degree oven for 7-10 minutes, flipping the cubes over after the first 5 minutes. If you like them extra crispy broil under a low broiler for the last 1 minute (30 seconds on each cube side). Be careful not to burn them!
