In my recipe for Crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower Gnocchi, I shared all of my tips for getting Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi perfectly crispy in your air fryer. In that post, I guide you through getting your gnocchi cooked + crisp + topped with your favorite sauce or dip. Today, we are cooking our cauliflower gnocchi in the oven + turning them into garlic knots.Β

Bake Them in the Oven!

Forget what it says on the package! DON’T cook your Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi in a pan on the stove-top! They will be very mushy 😝. Instead of air frying, we are cooking these guys in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes.Β

Tara’s Tips for Perfect Cauliflower Gnocchi Garlic Knots

First: Thaw gnocchi. Either by leaving the bag out at room temperature for a few hours or by placing your gnocchi on a microwaveable plate (make sure they aren’t touching each other). Microwave for one minute, flip them all over, microwave one more minute.

Second: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Once preheated, place thawed gnocchi in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone liner.

Third: Give your gnocchi a quick spray with olive oil spray.

Fourth: Sprinkle your gnocchi with 2 tsp garlic powder or granules, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp Italian Seasoning. Give them a gentle stir on the pan. Make sure they are not touching each other.Β

Fifth: Put your seasoned pan of gnocchi in your 425 degree oven. Set a timer for 10 minutes. When your timer goes off, flip each gnocchi so that another side browns. Set timer for another 10 minutes.
