No Yeast, no boiling, no fuss! These 2 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels are made with yogurt + self-rising flour. Air fry for 10 minutes + you have yourself a homemade bagel in no time at all! Customize with your favorite seasonings. I made these with unsweetened, vegan, oat milk yogurt but they are equally as awesome with plain, nonfat Greek yogurt as well!
Tara’s Tips For Perfect 2 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels:
- Change them up! Sweet or savory, you choose! You could sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning, or even eat them plain!
- Make them into a sandwich, use them as a burger bun, or simply spread on your favorite butter, nut butter, jelly, or schmear.
- Yogurt: I used plain, unsweetened, oat milk yogurt but if you are not vegan, use any plain, unsweetened, nonfat Greek yogurt.
- Self-rising flour. Not optional! You must have the self-rising kind to make these work!
- Kneading: by hand or in a stand mixer are both options. They do not need much kneading. 1-2 minutes is all it takes!
How To Get Seeds To Stick Without Egg
1 teaspoon of water + 1/2 tsp cornstarch. Mix until cornstarch has dissolved and brush onto bagels just as you would egg wash. Apply seeds to taste. They will stick like glue!

2 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels
Quick + easy! These 2 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels are made with yogurt + self-rising flour! That's it! Customize them with any toppings you love!
Ingredients
- 1cup self rising flour
- 1 cup yogurt (I used Nancy's vegan plain oat milk yogurt)
- toppings to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Place yogurt + flour in a large bowl and gently stir until combined.
- Step 2 Knead dough on a clean + floured surface for 1-2 minutes or until a soft dough ball has formed. Alternatively, knead using the dough hook of a stand mixer for 1 minute on low speed.
- Step 3 Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each piece into an 8 inch rope shape, then attach the ends to create a circle/bagel shape.
- Step 4 Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F.
- Step 5 If you are applying seeds: you will need either egg wash (whisk one egg and brush onto the tops of each bagel) or the method I use which is mixing 1/2 tsp corn starch with 1 tsp water until corn starch dissolves and brush onto each bagel. Then coat each bagel with seeds of your choosing (poppy, sesame, everything).
- Step 6 If you use oil, you can opt to lightly spray the inside tray of your air fryer to prevent any sticking.
- Step 7 Place bagels into air fryer basket. May need to be done in batches. Air fry for 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown and puffed up to bagel shape. Carefully remove from air fryer and allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
