Tara’s Tips for Perfect Vegan Stuffing Balls
- Simply cut up 4 slices of bread, saute onion and celery in vegan butter (or regular butter if not vegan), combine herbs with and egg or GF vegan egg replacement. After that, roll everything into 12 cute little balls and bake! All set!
- For an egg replacer I use a store-bought version for this recipe. Alternatively, you could make a flax egg by combining one tablespoon of ground flax seeds with 3 tablespoons of water and let it sit until a gel-like consistency forms.
- Need these to be gluten free? Use gluten free bread and make sure your vegan egg replacement says gluten free on the packaging.
- These turn out just crispy enough on the outside and stay moist on the inside. Perfect for dipping into vegetarian gravy! Need a gravy recipe? Try one of mine: Quick and Easy Vegetarian Mushroom Gravy, Oil Free Vegan Gravy.

- Step 9 Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes prior to eating or serving. Serve with gravy over top or dunk in. Enjoy!
