One Bowl, gluten free, vegan, moist, and yummy. These meal prep cookies are a base cookie that can be easily customized.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups gluten free organic old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup nut butter almond, peanut, sunflower, cashew
  • 1 cup honey, maple syrup, or brown rice syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup any combination of your choice of nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, or crushed pretzels
Prep Time 5 minutes

  • 3 cups gluten free organic old fashioned oats

Instructions
  1. Heat nut butter in a small saucepan over low heat until it melts and then add the honey, stir well, and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. To the mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and gently stir until well combined.
  3. Shape into cookies and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate or freeze until firm and then eat!
  4. Leftovers should be wrapped individually and kept in freezer or refrigerator until ready to eat.
