Oh my! These are so delicious! Every time I cook something new in my air fryer I wonder how I have ever survived without an air fryer! I will admit something totally embarrassing.  I absolutely love kitchen gadgets.  I am not offended by gifts of kitchen gadgets … some women hate it, I do not! Forget the flowers, let’s shop for a cool kitchen tool that I can make wonderful snacks with!!! Is still believe in girl power BUT I will never turn down a fabulous new kitchen tool.  My air fryer was just that, a gift.  And now I pay it forward with the gift of air fryer recipes!

Tara’s Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Green Beans EVERY TIME:

  1. use fresh green beans, not frozen!
  2. use a high heat oil … I use Avocado Oil Spray for this one
  3. bring on the heat! if you like it hot sprinkle on the red pepper flakes before and after cooking
  4. don’t crowd your beans! single layer only in the air fryer for these or they will be soggy
  5. adjust your timing, every air fryer and every batch of beans are different, increase cook time if needed
  6. don’t forget to snip the ends

  • 1 pound Organic Green Beans
  • Avocado Oil enough to coat your beans
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
  • crushed red pepper flankes to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
  2. Rinse Green Beans well in strainer, dry well
  3. Trim the ends off beans by snipping with a kitchen scissor
  4. Spread green beans out on cutting board and spray with Avocado Oil to coat
  5. Transfer beans to a large bowl, add salt, gently stir to salt each bean. I add a little red pepper flakes here because we like them extra spicy.
  6. Place beans in air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your fryer and the size of your beans, may need to cook in 2 batches. If you crowd them they will not be as crispy!
  7. Shake the basket once during cooking
  8. When timer goes off, carefully remove beans from fryer, sprinkle with red pepper flakes to taste and serve or eat! Enjoy!
