Do you love quinoa? I do! Do you love your Instant Pot? I do! Anyone who knows me knows I love my Instant Pot. When I discovered that I could cook Basic Instant Pot Quinoa I totally freaked! I love both of those things!!! I use my Instant Pot every day. Yep, I said every day. I also love breakfast and I find quinoa a great asset to a busy home at breakfast time. This Basic Instant Pot Quinoa can be adapted for any meal. Especially if you are a meal prepper or like to line up your week of breakfasts in jars or lunches in containers or dinner ingredients in stasher bags for every day. This recipe is for you! And what if you aren’t a meal prepper? You are in luck because from start to finish this quinoa is ready in 20 minutes!

A few tips on quinoa:
- rinse it first!!
- read this article to understand what is so great about quinoa
- you should be eating it! Why? fiber, protein, iron, gluten free, vegan, low carb, keeps you feeling full
- Substitute vegetable broth or almond milk in place of the water if you are making a recipe that is sweet or savory
- if you double the recipe DON’T double the cooking time
