Chocolate Pomegranate Bites
Vegan, Gluten Free, No Bake, No Flour, Allergy Friendly, Ready in under 20 minutes!
Two Simple Ingredients:
Chocolate + Pomegranate Seeds
It’s that simple. Melt vegan chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life Chunks). BUT if you are not vegan or gluten free feel free to enjoy whatever chips you choose here. I am sure your chocolate pomegranate bites will turn out fabulous anyway!
Once the chocolate is melted, simply drop onto baking sheet. Then, simply top with pomegranate seeds and there you have it! A vibrantly colored treat that can be enjoyed by even guests and kids with nut or gluten or dairy allergies!
No flour, no eggs, no bake!
These chocolate pomegranate bites come together in minutes so no stirring and mixing! A chocolate treat without flour!?!? Yes please!!! Perfect for calorie budgets and for when you want a treat but don’t want to sacrifice the extra carbs or fat or calories or sugar 🙂
