Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie
Sundays are for smoothies around here. This week has been a busy week getting myvegetarianfamily.com going so this Sunday we will take time to enjoy a smoothie, and some much needed rest family after our morning run.
This peanut butter berry smoothie is one of our favorites so I am really excited to share it with you. It is so filling and delicious and easy!
Two Ingredients, One Blender, Gluten Free, Vegan
Simply add peanut butter (or other nut butter), frozen berries (I use blueberries but use whatever you have), ice, and sweetener it if you like to your Vitamix (hopefully you have one, why not if you don’t!) or other blender. Done … peanut butter berry smoothie perfect for Sundays or any other day :).
