Vegan Vanilla Protein Smoothie:
Banana + Cinnamon + Vanilla + Almond Milk + Protein = Smoothy-licous
Some mornings you just don’t have the time (or the energy) to put together a nourishing breakfast before you head out the door. Smoothies are the answer to those mornings. Packed with vegan protein, this smoothie is a great go-to for those busy mornings, midday hunger, post-workout, or to crush cravings.
Super easy! Layer all the ingredients in the blender and blend! Of course, I use my Vitamix and set it to blend making it quick and effortless.
Don’t have almond milk? Use Organic Soy Milk or Coconut Milk or if you aren’t vegan, use organic low-fat milk. Add lots of ice to make it thicker and more vanilla or cinnamon to your liking. Need more protein? Toss in a tablespoon of nut butter. You can’t go wrong with this recipe. It’s a keeper … pin it, print it, use it.
